Behind every successful brand lies a story, a vision, and a value that is intended to be passed on to future generations. Founded on July 1, 2020, in Istanbul, TUGHAN TEXTILE is a Turkey-based private label apparel and textile manufacturer specializing in custom clothing production.

We serve global brands, emerging fashion startups, and international retailers by providing Private Label Clothing Manufacturing, OEM Garment Production, Custom Clothing Manufacturing, and Full-Service Apparel Production, positioning ourselves as a trusted manufacturing partner for brands worldwide.

We manage the entire production process for women's, men's, and children's knitwear and woven garments, from fabric sourcing and product development to sample making, bulk production, quality control, and international logistics. For us, manufacturing is not simply about producing garments.

A STORY BORN FROM THE HEART OF THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY : The story of TUGHAN TEXTILE did not begin solely in 2020. It is built upon Istanbul's centuries-old textile culture, manufacturing expertise, and commercial heritage. Our roots trace back to Yeşildirek, one of Istanbul's historic textile and fabric trading districts.

Located within Istanbul's Historic Peninsula, Yeşildirek has long been recognized as one of the city's most important centers for fabric trading, textile manufacturing, and craftsmanship. Positioned at the crossroads of trade routes connecting East and West, Istanbul has played a significant role in the development of the textile and apparel industry for centuries.

Thanks to our family's textile background, which dates back to the 1970s, we had the opportunity to learn firsthand: The characteristics and quality of fabrics, The technical details of garment manufacturing, The importance of discipline in production, The value of commercial trust, Customer expectations, by growing up within the textile industry itself. Today, the foundation of TUGHAN TEXTILE is built not only upon manufacturing capacity but also upon the knowledge, experience, and production culture inherited from Istanbul's rich textile heritage.

OUR VISION OF BUILDING A BRAND AND A SYSTEM : The goal of TUGHAN TEXTILE is not simply to manufacture garments. Our objective is to build a strong textile organization that is measurable, sustainable, and capable of being passed on to future generations. The first steps toward this vision were taken in 2016. One of the first milestones in establishing our brand identity was the registration of the BRIGADIERS® trademark and logo on May 5, 2016.

Beginning in 2016, we initiated comprehensive efforts focused on: Building a strong brand identity, Developing our digital infrastructure, Systemizing manufacturing processes, Strengthening operational management. During the same period, we also began developing our own ERP infrastructure to manage production processes more efficiently and with greater control. For us, technology is not an alternative to manufacturing—it is a strategic tool that makes manufacturing stronger, more controlled, and more transparent.

OUR MANUFACTURING INFRASTRUCTURE : At TUGHAN TEXTILE, we manage our manufacturing processes through a well-structured and systematically organized production system. Our manufacturing infrastructure covers every stage of production, including fabric cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, ironing & packing, quality control, and final preparation. By managing every step in a planned and organized manner—from product development to final delivery—we provide our customers with reliable and professional manufacturing solutions.

THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME "TUGHAN" : The name TUGHAN was inspired by the names Tuğra and Metehan. It represents: Strength, Determination, Leadership, Discipline, The vision of building a lasting organization For TUGHAN TEXTILE, creating a brand is not simply about choosing a name. It represents trusted business partnerships, high-quality manufacturing, and a strong corporate structure designed to endure and be passed on to future generations.

OUR 7 TUGHS – OUR MANUFACTURING PHILOSOPHY : The seven Tughs featured in the TUGHAN TEXTILE logo represent the fundamental principles that shape our manufacturing philosophy. Throughout history, the Tugh has symbolized unity, strength, leadership, and organization. Today, at TUGHAN TEXTILE, the 7 Tughs represent the manufacturing system we manage—from the initial idea to worldwide delivery.

1st TUGH – Fabric Sourcing & Material Management : Quality manufacturing begins with the right fabric. For this reason, we carefully manage: Fabric sourcing, Fabric content analysis, GSM (weight) control, Color evaluation, Quality compliance, Supply planning to ensure every project starts with the right foundation.

2nd TUGH – Design & Product Development : Transforming an idea into a professional garment requires expertise. We support our customers throughout the following stages: Product development, Technical solutions, Sample development, Pattern making, Size and measurement development to ensure every collection is successfully brought to life.

3rd TUGH – Private Label & Brand Manufacturing : TUGHAN TEXTILE does not manufacture garments under its own clothing brand. Our expertise lies in producing exclusively for our customers while protecting and strengthening their individual brand identities through private label manufacturing.

4th TUGH – Production Organization : Our production processes include: Fabric cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Ironing & Packing, Final preparation Every stage is carried out within a controlled and organized production system.

5th TUGH – Quality Control & Production Assurance : For us, quality control is not a process performed only at the end of production. Quality begins with the first fabric inspection and continues until the finished products are delivered to our customers. Our quality management system includes: Fabric inspection In-line production inspections, Measurement control, Printing and embroidery inspections, Final product inspection. All production processes are monitored in accordance with AQL 1.5 and AQL 2.5 international quality control standards.

6th TUGH – ERP, Planning & Digital Production Management : Strong manufacturing is built upon strong organization. At TUGHAN TEXTILE, we systematically manage: Order management, Production planning, Supply chain monitoring, Operational control,  Delivery planning,  through our integrated ERP infrastructure.

7th TUGH – Global Logistics & Delivery : Manufacturing does not end when a product leaves the factory. True success is achieved when the product reaches the right destination, at the right time, and with the expected quality. Working together with our international logistics partners, we manage: Export operations, Customs procedures, International transportation, Door-to-door delivery solutions, to ensure smooth and reliable global distribution.

OUR MANUFACTURING JOURNEY : The manufacturing journey of TUGHAN TEXTILE began on July 1, 2020, in a modest 5 m² office. Driven by our philosophy of continuous improvement: In 2021, we expanded into a 250 m² production facility. Today, we operate within a 400 m² manufacturing infrastructure. Throughout this journey, we have continuously strengthened: Our manufacturing infrastructure, Our organizational structure, Our digital management systems.

Today, TUGHAN TEXTILE operates as a modern manufacturing organization serving global brands from Turkey.
