Sewing and Garment Manufacturing | Clothing Manufacturer Turkey
The sewing and garment manufacturing process is one of the most critical stages in professional textile production. As a Turkey-based clothing manufacturer, all production processes are managed in full compliance with international textile manufacturing standards.
All operations are carried out within a fully controlled system, ensuring consistency, traceability, and high-quality output from planning to final inspection.
Production Planning and Preparation Process
The production process begins with the preparation of production samples, technical specification sheets, technical drawings, and pattern markings. All technical details for each style are carefully organized into a complete production file.
Accessories such as buttons, zippers, labels, and threads are prepared from the dedicated accessory warehouse and categorized according to production requirements. All cut pieces are prepared for the sewing line in a structured workflow.
Controlled Sewing and Subcontractor Management
All sewing operations are carried out with pre-approved workshops that have been evaluated for capacity, capability, and production quality standards.
Each workshop is regularly monitored and inspected according to defined quality requirements. All production is managed through official documentation, including delivery notes and contracts, ensuring full traceability of the manufacturing process.
Sample Development and Approval Process
Before bulk production begins, pre-production samples are requested from the workshops. These samples are thoroughly inspected in terms of fit, stitching quality, fabric compatibility, and technical accuracy.
No bulk production is approved until samples meet all required standards. If necessary, revisions are requested until the product fully complies with production specifications.
Bulk Production and In-Line Quality Control
During bulk production, garments are continuously monitored through in-line quality control checks. This allows potential production errors to be detected and corrected at an early stage.
Key inspection points include stitching quality, measurement accuracy, thread issues, and accessory consistency.
Final Quality Control (Final QC)
All finished garments are returned to the factory for final inspection. At this stage, a 100% quality control process is applied.
Inspection criteria include:
- Stitching quality and workmanship
- Fabric defects
- Color consistency
- Label and branding accuracy
- Stain and surface inspection
- Measurement and sizing accuracy
- Thread cleanliness and finishing details
Defective items are either reworked or removed from production.
Continuous Workshop Monitoring and Quality Assurance
All partner workshops are continuously monitored and regularly audited to ensure compliance with production standards. This system guarantees consistency, reliability, and long-term quality control.
All production processes are managed according to international textile manufacturing standards, ensuring export-ready garment quality.
